FABULOUS STORY!!! The media HAD to cover this one, didn't they? It is truly wonderful to read the happy stories since so many are sad ones. I am once again, a hundred times over, so proud to be part of the Richmond SPCA's community. These are truly lucky dogs, and I am thrilled the Richmond SPCA will guarantee them all a happy life.
