Glad to see that Governor McDonnell has his head and heart in the right place.
Not all pits, rotts, bull dogs, dobies and any other breed that fits into the BRL. Stronger laws against the people who don't take responcability to socialize and train their dogs, then that dog bites someone.
Also spay and neuter laws are needed to curb the amount of animals without homes. This needs to come at a federal level. I love my animals, their spayed & neutered! No "accidental litters" here.
If people on a local level can not take care of this issue by doing the right thing, then states or federal government will have to force the spay & neuter issue themselves.
