You already have a unique culture. The SPCA is a wonderful place and a great & positive atmosphere. The employees and volunteers have the attitude and always put the animals first. The information provided by the SPCA is great especially by Robin Starr in the newspaper and through mailings. Education is the only way to make people aware of animal issues. I have learned so much volunteering at the SPCA and have made friends through employees and other volunteers. Keep up doing what you are doing.
