Great article. Volunteering On-site and at Off-Site events I have observed how excellent the Richmond SPCA Adoption counselors does their Job finding a Dog or Cat a new Home.

Hey RSPCA - great article - we need to all be focusing on working WITH the folks who come through our doors...the animals need all the friends they can get! You forgot to mention that research shows adults need information presented in a safe and respectful manner in order to learn. All too often, denying an adoption not only limits the opportunity for the animal, but closes the person to learning...and shutting down learning is never a good thing. Keep up the great work.
