I am planning on adopting a dog from the richmond SPCA right after Christmas (28th - 31st)... will I still be able to visit the shelter and meet dogs?

Hi Suzi,
Our adoption center will remain open with public visiting hours throughout both phases of construction. We may have some creative use of space for adopters to meet with the dogs in our care (and the cat spaces will be unaffected) during that time, but we assure you we will continue to work to find permanent, loving homes throughout this time.
Thanks for asking!
