We had a great week here at the Robins-Starr Humane Center with 64 adoptions! We were just one shy of our goal of 65 adoptions. We're happy to report that 28 dogs and 36 cats found homes.
There's no place like home for the holidays
While the majority of pets in our care unite with loving new families in less than one month's time, we do have some special dogs and cats who take a while longer to find a home. Two-Fur Tuesdays: Every Tuesday in November brings the chance to double the fun for a single adoption fee of $99. Adopt any two pets for the price of one!
30 Percent Thursdays: Adoption fees for all pets at the Richmond SPCA are reduced 30 percent every Thursday in November!
Off-site adoption events
The Richmond SPCA's mobile adoption vehicle, the Tail Wag'N, will be at a University of Richmond Spiders football game this Sat., Nov. 10 from 1-6 p.m. with adoptable dogs and cats. Visitors may adopt at the game. Our adoption center will also be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. per our regular schedule.

We adopted Reba (now named Ruby) and she has fit into our family without us skipping a beat. We are absolutely smitten with her and so thankful for your organization!!
