Even though we've come in short of last week's adoption goal, we couldn't be more delighted to have placed 18 pets in loving homes in a single day on Sunday! Thanks to all who continue to spread the word about what great pets are awaiting their homes at our humane center. In all, 59 pets were adopted over the last week. That's 23 dogs and 36 cats now counted among our alumni!
Our goal for the coming week is 71 adoptions!
Adoption specials:
All month, we are focusing on finding a Home for the Holidays for adult cats, and we have discounted adoption fees for cats 6 months and older by 50 percent! Adoptions always include a pet who is spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations for his or her age and microchipped. That's a great value for our regular $95 adoption fee, and it's even more terrific for only $47.50 during this special.
Beginning Dec. 7, Santa Paws deliveries will be available for pets adopted prior to Dec. 21. Santa, joined by his merry elves, will deliver your new companion to your family at home on Christmas Eve day, Dec. 24.
